Join Voigt Family Sculpture Foundation and Pacific Rim Sculptors for a special, last-minute fundraising event set in the rolling hills of Geyserville, CA. This rare opportunity invites guests onto the Voigt family’s private ranch to experience an extraordinary collection of large-scale sculptures in a natural landscape setting.
The afternoon begins at 1pm with a bring-your-own picnic among the spring grasses and blooming roses, followed by a guided tour at 2pm led by the matriarch of the foundation Judy Voigt and Curator Briona Hendren. Guests will explore works by a wide range of artists, from emerging voices to internationally recognized sculptors, all thoughtfully sited throughout the property.
Rooted in the Foundation’s mission to make sculpture accessible to all, this collection reflects a deep belief that experiencing art in nature transforms both the artwork and the viewer. Proceeds from this event will support PRS programming, including its developing mentorship program and future exhibitions.
This May Day weekend gathering also honors the legacy of co-founder Al Voigt, whose vision continues to shape the Foundation’s work. His enduring commitment to artists and public art lives on through installations across Sonoma County and ongoing collaborations with sites such as Paradise Ridge Winery. May 1st would have been Al's 85th birthday.
Date: Saturday, May 2 Time: Picnic at 1pm, Tour at 2pm Location: Private ranch in Geyserville, CA (details provided upon RSVP)
